If a website will not load properly, a login keeps failing, or your browser feels slow, the steps below usually solve it. Clearing your browser cache fixes a surprising number of problems, and you will find instructions for Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari at the bottom.

Website not loading correctly?
- Refresh the page with Ctrl + R (Windows) or Command + R (Mac).
- Try a different browser to see if the issue continues.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies (steps below).
Cannot log in to student services (portal, email, Blackboard, etc.)?
- Make sure your username and password are correct.
- Reset your password if needed at passwordreset.microsoftonline.com.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies (steps below).
- Disable any browser extensions that may interfere with logins.
Slow browser performance?
- Restart your browser or computer.
- Make sure your browser is up to date (check its settings for updates).
- Close unnecessary tabs and applications that may be slowing it down.

Google Chrome
- Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.
- Choose All time as the time range.
- Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Clear data and restart Chrome.
Mozilla Firefox
- Click the three-line menu in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings > Privacy & Security.
- Scroll to Cookies and Site Data and click Clear Data.
- Check Cached Web Content and Cookies and Site Data, then click Clear.
- Restart Firefox.
Microsoft Edge
- Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
- Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
- Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Clear now and restart Edge.
Safari (Mac & iPhone)
- Click Safari in the menu bar and select Preferences.
- Go to the Privacy tab and click Manage Website Data.
- Click Remove All to clear cache and cookies.
- Restart Safari.
