Downloading Microsoft 365 on a Personal Computer

💻 Install on your computer

  1. Go to office.com and click Sign in, using your College email and password.

  1. Click Install apps in the upper right, then Microsoft 365 apps.
  2. Open the downloaded installer (OfficeSetup.exe on Windows, a .pkg on Mac) and follow the prompts.
  3. Open any app (Word, Excel...) and sign in with your College account to activate.
🔁 Already had Office from high school? Sign out of the personal account, then sign back in with your College email to switch to the free student license. If an old version causes trouble, uninstall it first.
